Well, either dig or ping got me the IP address. And it is located in Zurich. Now the question is the bucket name is unknown.

CNAME of sub.domain.com does not show a domain of format ^[a-z0-9\.\-]{0,63}\.?s3.amazonaws\.com$ But curl -v does return the fingerprint.
