 Like this - some building normal map on rock. It happens when world changes, and became normal after restart game.
 Some water (or other distortion shader) on wall. Never seen this before. Also after world change.
Well then, it possible (wil be possible) to atleast reinitialize render ingame?
Ok i will try next time. But i dont sure it will work, i think it reload it when change world, and i thought it exactly wy texture mess happen.
Well, i checked and i think alt+f9 fix this glitch. Atleast with normals, i will check with water shader, if i come accros this glitch again.
New bug when came from valley.  Animated splash texture from waterwall right on a ground. And alt+f9 does't fix it.
Also, alt + f9 fix only currently loaded textures. I think textures from afar still can have wrong normals, and need alt f9 too. Not all world is affected by...
  some stone tablet texture on log, and i even didn't change worlds. and only under specific angle. save game fixed it like when some npc's or player model...
 some waterlike shader not on a wall, but just only on a few polys of wall, and alf f9 does't helped
There is the way to make scattering is ON by default? I can't edit UserSettings.bin to force it. And "dx11" doens't rember it when i click "apply" in regular f11...
