No. I only tested the title screen but it's the same as it ever was: black lines present using Vulkan, fine using OpenGL.

I'll have to test when I'm a little less tired, but the problem seems gone but only when upscaling.
FWIW, Tippek's fix seems to alleviate a hitherto unreported issue with graphic corruption before the bonus stages in the PAL version of Art of Fighting, so it might be another...
I just thought I'd comment on this because I found a solution on my system (Windows 10, GTX 1080). This is not the only game I've had this problem with....
No they don't, but it gets a bit stranger. They don't work properly with the Steam version, but since I last posted I got hold of a physical disc copy....

I'll take another look at this and if the problem's still there I'll produce a new save state when I get the chance.
I've retested. It is still a problem at default settings, but it now appears fixable. Setting CPU Sprite Render Size to 4 or higher seems to eliminate the issue.
