I'm really wondering what mod you have that makes that when you pick up items, they go inside your inventory instead of your toolbar.

This bug is periodic and occurs only half of the time when the game launches : 1) Launch the game; 2) See the locomotives are placeable; 3) Restart the game;...

But why exceptions could not be cloned in the first place?
