Seems like `node-gyp` accepts Python3 now. It says so on [their README](https://github.com/nodejs/node-gyp). And judging by the commit history it seems they started working on it somewhere around July of this...

Seems this is still broken as of 0.7.0, even though that release is supposed to support Python 3.11 (and therefore I assumed these new type annotations included with Python3.10)

After some research this isn't possible. Steam won't accept the following arguments as parameters:  Some of which like the type, name and other arguments not listed there like `is_free`...
