CSM - Remove Module in Broadcast Registry.vi does not work as expected

In the end of the code I tried to remove the whole registry mapping info, but the mapping info stayed unchanged.

CSM Multi-loop support下有两个VI可否合二为一，且需要增加VI描述

1. Forward states to CSM.vi 和Forward UI Operationd to CSM.vi功能特别类似，可否合二为一。 2. 需增加VI描述，推荐增加CSM-DQMH Style中使用到这两个VI的内容到VI描述里。
