Error in addGeneIntegrationMatrix / abnormally high number of communities

Maybe it's the Seurat v5 causing this problem. I've encontered same problem with Seurat 5.0.1. I first convert my RNA assay from v5 to v3(or v4?) `seRNA[["RNA4"]]
