Idle time adjustment has no effect...

Hi... first of all thanks for the great work. I love the screensaver. One issue keeps bothering me. Changing the idle time simply has no effect. The screensaver turns on after 15sec which was the std. idle time, regardless of the value I set. Is that a known issue or did I miss anything ? Here is the configuration: image
