Openweather Refined too many requests

Hey @louisvd, @Diniver, I suddenly started experiencing the same issue today on Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS. Is it now working for you? Due to Open Bar automatically generating gtk.css, there is no way to customize styles that outside of the settings within open bar.

This feature would be awesome... I really need option B..
