I think we need more details Which host os are you using, which DMS (owncloud, nextcloud, ONLYOFFICE CommunityServer) We got similar issues https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/DocumentServer/issues/1004 and https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/DocumentServer/issues/903 but never able to localize...
Is this error happens to some specific file or to any files? Could you update DocumentServer to v6.4.2 and see if problem persists
