I'm experiencing this sometimes where it randomly shows the macOS cursor within the game. I cannot reproduce it on-demand so I can't tell which exactly is causing this problem.
May I ask if you can try connecting your system to a fast internet? Based on the video you sent, you have problems with the scoreboard not loading any profile...
