IE8 might be no longer supported by Microsoft, but it still exists; `Object.defineProperty` will fail if you aren't calling it on a DOM node.

Accordion demo isn't a true accordion

The bellows of an accordion open and close all parts at the same time. This reduces wear on one part should the player not fully open and close them.

tracking multiple clicks/hovers/events

Browsers will tend to remember a 404 and serve the response from the cache if possible. If the content isn't available it may well default to the internal error page....

Update Readme.md, replaced the word "cache" with "local storage".
