guys i have found the solution. just change network-caching to= **-1** on both sndcpy file and sndcpy.bat. try it out  

put network-caching to -1 on both sndcpy file and sndcpy.bat . it works for me.  

don't actually remove network-caching, instead try changing it to -1 on sndcpy file and sndcpy.bat. as shown.
