I also had the same proble in 1.2.220930 preview 2 in a WinUI 3 application. I followed instructions for Windows App SDK from [documentation](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/develop/title-bar?tabs=wasdk). It worked well for Windows 11....
Added a PR to add the above paths. While this only fixes this issue for WAN2.2 S2V, it could potentially also help with usage of other WAN models.
