@asdyjd Actually, `python build.py --clang-completer --system-libclang` is working for me. And it seems like we need to use latest `libclang` instead of the system default which has marked as obsolete...

@micbou You are right. This option is obsolete and the system I am working on is OS X 10.13.4, not Windows, sorry for the confusion.
