Is there a way to format an author in bold? Also a way to number publications?

@syoh How did you get your publication title to be bold?

@aminmkhan Unfortunately I am running into some issues trying to numerate publications. Any additional advice or working example would be greatly appreciated.

I managed to [work up a solution](https://github.com/Bioconductor/GenomicRanges/issues/36#issuecomment-594236789) that seems to work for my case.

Unfortunately using the same installation protocol as above, I was returned the exact same error.

I'm also having the same issue with the labels not aligning across facets.

Or is there a way to compute counts from the `SCTModel.list`?
