OperationalError: No Such Module:fts4

I pasted the folder C:\Users\anaconda3\bin\sqlite-dll-win64-x64-3350500 But it does not solve my problem. I am still have the same problem `OperationalError: no such module: fts4` Any further advice please? Thank you.
