substack.com including all subdomains (e.g. iyouport.substack.com) is DNS poisoned.

Currently, google.cn is added to gfw.txt by [cokebar/gfwlist2dnsmasq](https://github.com/cokebar/gfwlist2dnsmasq/blob/202e52fb5ea2260abc9f162b3a78e58ec9187005/gfwlist2dnsmasq.sh#L254) However, the majority of its subdomains have servers in China. I suppose this is a mistake.
