I found a **MAJOR** bug that was preventing interaction management with native view handlers. cf8e911 fixes the ability to configure interactions with NativeViewGestureHandler based on [createHandler#transformIntoHandlerTags](https://github.com/software-mansion/react-native-gesture-handler/blob/master/createHandler.js#L104).
