Somewhat related regarding multiple declarations: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/13212 I strongly agree with @chriskirknielsen that if such a shorthand is introduced, it still needs to be based on the `@property` rule. Without that...

[`:past`](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:past) and [`:future`](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:future) already seem to be implemented in Chrome, Edge, Safari while [`:current`](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:current) (and `:current()`) is not, according to MDN. There are no WPTs to verify that, though. Anyway,...

@fantasai Fine, I've removed the resource state pseudo classes from the list. Adding https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/labels/Agenda%2B to resolve on which features are moved to level 5 and to publish a new WD...

I just realized that the [resolution of #2324](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2324#issuecomment-380036663) also targets CSS Backgrounds 3. So I've added it to the checklist. Sebastian
