If #208 adds pager to the docs section it'll need the opening tag too.

`/etc/containerd/config.toml` is [overwritten](https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop/blob/v1.9.1/pkg/rancher-desktop/backend/lima.ts) by Rancher Desktop. `/etc/rancher/k3s/registries.yaml` seems to be completely ignored (k3s agent?) or if it is doing anything it is getting overwritten by the [template](https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop/blob/v1.9.1/pkg/rancher-desktop/assets/scripts/k3s-containerd-config.toml) as Rancher Desktop...
