It turns out I forgot to checkout the feature branch before I did the build part. Anyway, fixed! I have now tested a few tunings and mappings, mostly everything works....

You can reproduce the crashing even without using a keyboard mapping. Just choose a very compact scale like 5-EDO and then play one of the high MIDI notes.
