Btw, if you have experience with gstreamer pipelines, it is now really easy to add extra encoders, just by adding an entry to [profiles file](https://github.com/SeaDve/Kooha/blob/main/data/resources/profiles.yml).

There should be a reset button beside the Record button that will be appear when you have chosen to remember the last source.

With current UI and size constraints, I'm not sure how to improve its discoverability. However, there is https://github.com/SeaDve/Kooha/discussions/263 which also aims to improve discoverability.
