Add `ServiceMonitor` object to easily set up metrics scraping with Prometheus Operator. As you can see, the change is backward incompatible as `metricsEnabled` has been renamed to `metrics.enabled`

Add and unify some tag attributes for Devices and Virtual Machines

In this PR my aim is to unify having `tag_ids` and `tag_slugs` in both devices and virtual machines.
