I just confirmed this. I gave Chromium a shot, and it works just fine. Firefox, though, can only navigate headers. I'm unable to copy code blocks, too.

I'll be following this issue as I'm investigating the same thing for sphinx doc sets. It doesn't look like a plugin/extension has been made yet to make this process easier....
