Added the Alt currency (BTC, LTC, TH1)

Bug with BTC getting into calculations, Need to check "USD"

1) Need to be checking "USD" in activeOffers & activeCredits or BTCs/LTCs will be calculated in. 2) inactiveFunds is compared to $50, but Bitfinex has a $100 minimum on lending....
