Just open your `stable-diffusion-webui` folder there should be a `venv` folder in there that you can delete. After that you can just run `webui.sh` which will install the needed environment...

Is the model suppose to work with llama.cpp? How do you load the model? Do you one of the example scripts? Not sure if it helps in your case but...
