Adds metrics-excludes configuration to summary setttings

Allows to exclude certain metrics from being reported as summaries. This is especially helpful when using "**" to report all metrics as summaries.

Topic.advertise() missing from Docs

The function `Topic.prototype.advertise()` is missing from the JSDoc: - Docs: http://robotwebtools.org/jsdoc/roslibjs/current/Topic.html - Src: https://github.com/RobotWebTools/roslibjs/blob/develop/src/core/Topic.js#L115 `unadvertise()` is documented correctly though.

I guess we could move to Babel 6 now. Also `rimraf` hast some deprecated dependencies. Either update or remove completely.
