Problem is high because somebody when claim ticket from staff client who open ticket lost acces in ticket it cant see ticket.
An option to close the ticket and automatically delete the channel after pressing the Close button would be nice. Trying to delete each ticket is a waste of time.
To track missing translation more efficiently, we're going to use a 3rd party software to help us track missing translation for different languages, which then auto-PR to the localization folder....
