Ticket permissions resetted when ticket parent change

Problem is high because somebody when claim ticket from staff client who open ticket lost acces in ticket it cant see ticket.

U fix it we talk via discord u can make resolve this problem

The error seems to be caused by moving the parent category, the bot reset the permissions of the channel when the channel is changed from category, i have to try it on my side and try to fix it.
