AFAIK, this is already in the making and a major update will arrive soon.

I really like this quiz and I would like to help with the German (de-de) translation once the localisation gets implemented.

There already is a fork for localization by @gervasiocaj. Maybe you should look, if your version is compatible with this repo and open a PR there.
