Vulnerability in SPF macro parsing claimed by "Anonymous" from "The Zero Day Initiative"

Is there any progress on this issue and is there any plans to fix this vulnerability? Can the fix in [# 44](https://github.com/shevek/libspf2/pull/44) be considered a complete fix for the CVE-2023-42118?
