Basically a way to keep just the media flyout open indefinitely while an audio/ media source is playing.
I don't really see the point of this. Most people don't have the start menu open constantly. Furthermore, rumour has it that **live tiles will be depreciated soon**.

I'm going to close this for now due to the points made above. Currently there are far more urgent features and bug fixes. If someone does the coding for this...
