It looks like there is a dedicated [double-click event](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Element/dblclick_event) which I would assume does follow the system's setting. Would it make sense to use that here?

I think Ctrl+Clicking could be dropped completely in favour of double-clicking.

We've been getting this though the feedback page dating back to at least February 2022 but could never reproduce. I think this is the first time a screenshot was posted.
