v23 is now supported on the dev branch as of 2c7140328e00a67884a66ec2bf14b600969c8557

The only thing you're missing in that is the unity version. Try and see if that works.

Looks like this has actually been fixed in monomod since june (https://github.com/MonoMod/MonoMod.Common/commit/310f8dc468b460f53b03e04f3259495bcc9a8dc7) but this commit has just never made it into a release. They're going to try to sort this...
