I tried dev branch as well, also failing. `python3: undefined symbol: cudaRuntimeGetVersion` looks like a possible bug in bitsandbytes.

I was thinking just nuke all branches except for the gh-pages one, it simplifies everything
For example: 
we need to merge this a bit faster ... looks like a full rebase is needed.
