If a field is used only in a deactivate flow version, it's not really a problem for me.

Idea from @nono26152 Do not include a dependency in a deactivate version of a flow. Just make sure it does not show up in this case in the dependencies.

it requires an extra step to check if a flow is activated or not. too complex to implement i believe. let's put this back to ideation and wait for the next version of DAPI
