Did the issue resolve itself? I was experiencing the same issue, but it's gone now. I'm unsure what was causing it, but I had narrowed my issue down to a text formula on Task (took the first x characters of Description field).

I was investigating because the issue wasn't happening in my sbx environment, but then the issue went away.
