Add State/Province Name

Currently, this component only fetches the State/Province Code and not the full name. Please add "State/Province" (name) to the component including options to show or hide and some for the already existing State/Province (code) value so you can determine which one you would like to show.

This is useful because we can then easily map the full State/Province Name directly to the State/Province picklist or text file on standard or custom objects.
