Also getting as of an hour ago, wasn't doing it this morning. Updated VS after it started to see if that might have been an issue, but no dice.

No. It was fine when I turned off the computer yesterday and today when I turned it on it's not working. I've made no system or porgram changes between then...

Again, there's not been a single change to my system recently. And I've had updates disabled entirely since 2022 after a previous one broke GPU drivers.
