I had this same problem on my note 9. Using the USB cable that came with the phone with a otg adapter works fine but not with a different cable....

I've had this happen as well. Except not every boot. It gave me that error randomly a couple times then it stopped. Might be because i did a full power...

Yea i have both nonpdrm and psvgamesd both enabled and im not having any trouble. Only tested on a phat though. Havent tried a slim yet
