Re-write Gatekeeper UI in Angular 2 (4,5,etc..)

Gatekeeper was built 2 years ago on AngularJS, would be nice to migrate the UI to use the new Angular

Provide other methods outside of email for distributing credentials

Currently Gatekeeper only sends out the credentials through email, might be worth looking into other methods of distributing out credentials (like downloading directly to browser)
