Seems like there is a problem with `conda-forge-linter`. We are not the only one affected by a false positive, see https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/issues/27242

@germa89 The current implementation of the tests do not allow me to test without having mapdl installed (or that's my understand from the need to provide a path for `ansysxxx`)....
Just so you know, this problem does not arise when running the tests with Python 3.10.9 and `pyvista==0.43.Z`
