我的前提不是清完行动力，是在用维修箱且完全不回港修船的前提下肝完行动力，能够达到白票少量溢出。 目前还没有统计过如果完全不用维修箱，而是回港修船要消耗多少白票。而且这个数会随着舰队强度和遇到茗石的数量变化。这个月末我会看一下。
