There is a workaround. I find the preview of Explorer will work when the pdf preview in PowerToys is disabled. 

Downgrading `jax==0.4.24` from `0.4.25` works for me. No need to change the import header in `simulation_manager.py`

I am surprised that this feature request was proposed nearly one year ago, but there is no update. It will be great to support the touchpad, not merely the mouse...
