@luyiyun, I agree with @mortonjt please provide example datasets from your publication to test NormAE.

I received the same error without QC samples. I narrow down the source of this error to lines 94-97 in [datasets.py](https://github.com/luyiyun/NormAE/blob/19eeb6c76af02855229092c5a53546b1fd7703de/datasets.py#L94). Unfortunately, simply commenting these lines leads to new errors...
