hi!. i want to ask. why it says? AttributeError: module 'tensorflow.contrib.learn' has no attribute 'Classifier'

but if i put LinearClassifier so that it will have attributes however the result is TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'model_fn'

when i run the file named ïnitializer.py", it says package detl.npy is missing. can you help me what to do with it?
