"Finished. Discovered 0 servers" - Each Time !

I'd tried with this tool several times where it gives me a lot of errors. End of the results it says "Finished. Discovered 0 servers". What should I do here...

I've tried to run this script using two shodan account API key. But each time it says, "Credit 0, Scan Credits: 0".
