Mass import displays the wrong page in 0.9.4 (testing).  is displayed however the following page should be displayed (from a 0.9.1installation);

The zipcode lookup now needs an API key. Individual instances will have to request an api key and amend the ziplookup URL (in /lib/ziplookup.php) to use their individual API key....
