@crazyjat Please make sure your ini paths are correct...particular "dolfile=mgba.dol" Or in your case after you made edit, "dolfile=apps/mgba/boot.dol" Simple error you made, please check your edit(s) before opening bug...
This has affected regular Wii also. The only workaround i know of is to create and boot zip files from Playlists.
